This is a screen shot of inside a hollow tree in our backyard. The boys heard something scratching around in there, so we thought it would be fun to drop in a flash light and a GoPro camera. This is a shot of the raccoon right before she pounced in the air to tell me to get the heck out of there. She was quite pissed at my intrusion and made a loud sound that was a mixture of a growling dog and a hissing cat. Sadly the video didn't turn out very well. Right as I was starting to get the camera adjusted, she sprang up the tree, attacked the camera, and caused me to lean back and fall off the stool I was standing on. I nearly snapped off the fishing line holding the camera, but luckily I was able to pull it out of the tree unharmed. For you animal lovers out there, I truly wasn't trying to harm the critter. Just thought it would be a neat nature video.
