Life in Quarantine - Week 2
Todd Swank's Diary Entry for March 29, 2020
I'm personally on Day 15 since I've been with another human being outside of my immediate family. I've walked by some people on our daily dog walks, but for the most part we only get to see birds and ducks. And as can be seen in this picture, they're not always the most exciting creatures to engage with. I look forward to being able to have dinner & drinks with old friends again as soon as it's safe to do so.
Miss Sheri was thankful that the weather warmed up a bit in Minnesota this week so she could get out and do some yard work. For some reason, she doesn't like it when I walk out on the porch to snap pictures of her while she's working. I'm not sure she appreciates how hard it is to come up with pictures for my blog when I sit in the same chair for about 16 hours a day.
On Friday night, we thought it would be fun to connect with most of the family via a Zoom video conference. We still struggle with everyone trying to talk at once, but I think most of us had a good time. It was nice getting to spend an hour or so with family.
